What we can expect of each other

 Our Coaching Partnership

Coaching isn’t about me giving you the answers — it’s about creating a space where you can step back, take a breath, and see yourself and your choices more clearly. It’s a partnership, where your experiences, values, and questions lead the way, and I offer reflection, gentle challenge, and support to help you move forward in ways that feel right for you.

This isn’t about quick fixes or a performance reviews. It’s about creating a space where you can think out loud, explore what really matters, and make sense of where you are — so you can take thoughtful, confident steps towards what’s next.

I’ll walk alongside you, helping you notice patterns, ask yourself different questions, and connect the dots between who you are, what you care about, and how you want to show up in your work and life.

How We Work Together

Our coaching conversations are a space for you to pause, reflect, and untangle the thoughts, questions, and possibilities swirling around in your mind.

We can meet online or in person — whichever suits you best. Either way, I encourage you to find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can show up fully (cup of tea? join online onscreen with your cat? as you are is always welcome).

Each session is a mix of reflection, gentle challenge, and practical next steps — all shaped around what you need that day. Sometimes we’ll dive into the big picture, sometimes we’ll focus on a single, knotty question. Always, we’ll work at your pace, with your goals in mind.

My job isn’t to give you all the answers — it’s to help you hear your own thinking more clearly and make choices that fit who you are and where you want to go.

If life gets in the way and you need to reschedule, just let me know with reasonable notice so we can keep your momentum going. All the practical details (like cancellation policies) will be covered in our coaching agreement, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

What You Can Expect From Me

✨ A safe space where you can show up exactly as you are - whether you’ve got it all together (rare) or you’re feeling a bit tangled up inside (much more common). No judgment, no need to have the answers, just space to be as you are.

✨ Honest conversations where we can explore both the hard stuff and the hopeful stuff - with room for reflection, a little lightness, and the occasional  sigh of relief when things start to make sense.

✨ Thoughtful questions that gently help you see things from fresh angles - and a supportive nudge when you need it,  with care and respect for your pace.

✨ A balance of deep reflection and practical next steps - so you leave our conversations not just with insight, but with something doable to carry forward.

✨ Space to be imperfect, uncertain, and curious - because that’s often where the good stuff happens.

✨ And through it all, a coaching relationship built on genuine care, real connection, and belief in your ability to find your own way - even if that way isn’t fully clear yet.

I’m here to walk alongside you - not to fix or judge, but to help you see yourself and your next chapter more clearly and a focus on helping you find your next steps - not the ‘perfect’ ones, but the ones that actually fit you.

What I Ask From You

Coaching works best when you come open — open to reflecting, open to exploring, and open to sometimes surprising yourself. You don’t need to have it all figured out, but bringing your real questions, doubts, and hopes into the space will make all the difference.

Between sessions, I’ll often invite you to experiment with small actions or reflections — nothing overwhelming, just gentle steps to help you test out new ideas or ways of thinking. The more you’re willing to try (even if it feels imperfect), the more we’ll have to build on together.

Above all, I ask that you show up — for yourself, more than for me. This is your space, your process, and your chance to shape what comes next.

The Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process, built on trust, honesty, and curiosity. It’s a space for reflection, insight, and action — with you firmly in the driver’s seat.

My role is to listen deeply, ask the right questions at the right time, and offer observations that help you see yourself and your situation from new angles. Sometimes I’ll gently challenge your thinking, especially if I sense you might be holding yourself back. Sometimes I’ll help you pause and notice the patterns you’re too close to see.

What I won’t do is tell you what to do — because the best answers for you will come from you.

Feedback and Shaping Our Work Together

Coaching is a living, evolving process, and your feedback is part of that. If something’s not working for you — whether it’s the pace, the focus, or the way I’m supporting you — I want to know. Honest conversations help us make sure this space feels genuinely useful to you.

This is your coaching, and I’m here to make sure it serves you well.
