About Me
From Deep Conversations to Brave Transitions

I’ve always been curious about people — what lights them up, what holds them back, and how they make sense of life’s twists and turns. Over the years, I realised that some of the most meaningful moments in my own work came not from big achievements, but from the quiet conversations — the ones where someone felt they could say, “I’m not sure what’s next for me.”
That curiosity, and a belief that work and life should feel meaningful (not just manageable), has shaped my whole career — first in HR and leadership roles across the not-for-profit and humanitarian sectors, and now as a coach.
My Own Turning Point
Like many of the people I work with, I’ve had moments of questioning - those times when things I’d worked so hard for didn’t quite fit anymore. Once I remember joking to a friend that I needed to go to rehab to recover from getting my dream job - and underneath the joke was the quiet realisation that I’d outgrown the version of success I’d been holding onto.
Working with a coach helped me make sense of all that. It gave me space to untangle my thoughts, reconnect with what actually mattered to me, and - slowly but surely — take steps toward work and a life that felt more aligned, sustainable and me.
That experience stayed with me. It’s why I trained as a coach myself - so I could offer that same kind of supportive, thoughtful space to others who find themselves at a similar crossroads.
My Approach & Training
My coaching blends deep listening, honest reflection, and gentle challenge - always grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.
I’ve trained extensively to make sure I can meet you where you are, bringing different approaches into our conversations depending on what you need. My coaching toolkit includes:
- Gestalt Coaching — helping you tune into what’s happening in the here and now, so you can spot patterns, surface insights, and notice the choices available to you.
- Co-Active Coaching — balancing deep reflection with gentle action, so you’re not just thinking differently — you’re moving forward in ways that fit who you are.
- Accredited Individual Coaching & Mentoring (EMCC Global) — grounding my practice in ethical, client-centred coaching that puts you in charge of your own process.
- University of Cambridge Certificate in Coaching — training that gave me a strong foundation in evidence-based coaching practices, which I continue to build on today.
If you’re at a point where you know something needs to shift - even if you can’t quite put your finger on what -I’d love to explore that with you.
